What is Ayurveda?
Ayurveda, a healing system with roots in ancient India, combines the art and science of daily living. The word "Ayurveda" comes from the Sanskrit terms "Ayuh" (life) and "Veda" (knowledge), meaning "the knowledge of life."

This approach defines life as the integration of body, mind, and spirit. To maintain wellness, Ayurveda emphasizes three fundamental pillars:

Food: Nourishing the body with mindful, balanced choices.

Sleep: Restoring energy and promoting rejuvenation.

Vital Energy: Using your energy wisely to support balance and growth.
