Join us for a 60-minute evening Mat Pilates class rooted in the classic exercises of Joseph Pilates. We'll move with intention, focusing on:

Correct form & alignment, Mindful breath, Core strength & flexibility, and Balance & posture.

Class ends with a short, guided meditation to support a restful evening.  All levels welcome! Modifications & challenges offered.
